Terms of Use

Effective August 12, 2026. These terms cover the FeelsLike iOS app and this website.

The short version

FeelsLike is a paid app. One purchase, or one subscription, unlocks everything it does. There are no tiers, no add-ons, and nothing else to buy inside it. Everyone who pays gets the same app.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the period you are already in.

The free month

The annual plan includes one free month for new subscribers. It is one calendar month, not a fixed number of days, so its length depends on the month you start in. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged. Apple allows one introductory offer per Apple ID per subscription group, for life, so a returning subscriber will not receive a second free month. If notifications are switched on, we will remind you two days before it ends.

Lifetime purchases

A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that does not expire and does not renew. Buying one does not cancel an active subscription, and there is no way for us to cancel one on your behalf. If you hold both at once, turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID settings so you are not charged again. The app will tell you if it detects this and will take you to the right screen.

The founding price

Founding Lifetime is offered at its stated price until 1 February 2027, after which it is removed from sale. The deadline is real and will not be extended. Anyone who bought it keeps it permanently; removal from sale does not affect a purchase already made.

Refunds

All purchases are made through Apple, so all refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. We cannot issue, approve, or deny a refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What the app is, and what it is not

FeelsLike gives you comfort guidance built from public forecast data, interpreted for how you personally experience temperature. It is not a safety service and it is not a substitute for official warnings. In severe weather, follow your local emergency authorities. Do not rely on this app for decisions where being wrong could hurt you.

Accuracy

Forecast, air quality, and radar data come from third-party providers and can be wrong, late, or unavailable. We show you what they publish. We do not guarantee it, and the app is provided as is, without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Acceptable use

Don't resell the app or its data, don't try to break or scrape the services it depends on, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law. That is the whole list.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects what you have already paid for, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use FeelsLike after a change means you accept it.

Apple's terms

Where these terms are silent, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
