The fastest route is Settings → Send feedback inside the app: it pre-fills the details we need. Or email hello@feelslikeweather.app and we'll get back to you.
Why does the score differ from the temperature?
The Comfort Score reads the whole picture: what the air actually feels like, humidity, wind, sun, rain, and air quality, tuned by your Comfort Profile. Two 70° days can feel nothing alike, and the score says so.
My widget shows the wrong city
The widget takes its own location fix and follows you when you travel, usually within minutes of landing. If it seems stuck, check that Location is allowed "While Using the App" in iOS Settings and that the widget hasn't been switched to a saved city.
I'm not getting notifications
Check both switches: Allow Notifications in iOS Settings, and the individual heads-ups in the app's own Settings. By design, nothing but severe alerts arrives between midnight and 6 AM.
Where does the radar come from?
Real radar over the US (NOAA) and Canada (Environment and Climate Change Canada), and a current-conditions precipitation layer elsewhere, with the forecast strip covering what's coming everywhere.
How is my privacy handled?
No accounts, no analytics, no ad SDKs, and your location is rounded before any request. The full story is one page: the privacy policy.
